Read the instructions properly and keep the scanned copies of following documents ready for uploading:

1. Age proof (HSLC/Class 10 Admit card showing date of birth)

2. Class 10 Marksheet

3. PAN/AADHAR 

4. Caste Certificate (if applicable)

5. Form A ( A declaration form which needs to be downloaded after login, filled, scanned and then uploaded )
