Dr. Gunendra Chandra Das holds M.Sc in Mathematics, B.Ed and Ph.D in Mathematics. Previously he was associated with Assam Down Town University as an Associate Professor and Head, Department of Mathematics. He has over 27 years of distinguished teaching and academic experience in the field of Mathematical Science andthroughout this tenure, he has contributed significantly to the advancement of mathematicsteaching and learning at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. Dr Das published numerous research articles in reputed national and international journals; presented papers at several national and international conferences, contributing to the global academic community. He Authored several books and book chapters in the domain of Mathematics and Mathematics Education including edited volumes of research articles. Four research scholars in the areas of Mathematics Education and MHD flow have been awarded PhD degree under the supervision of Dr Das. He has been associated asa member of a couple of professional bodies in India.
