Compensation

During Training

• UG: ₹16,000 Fixed + ₹10,000 Incentives
• PG: ₹18,000 Fixed + ₹12,000 Incentives

Post-Training Offer

• UG: ₹5–7 LPA
• PG: ₹6 LPA + ₹3 LPA Variable

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Provide market insights and business support
