Structured professional training before the internship phase.
2. Internship
6 Months
Stipend: ₹18,000 per month
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹18,000 per month
3. Full-Time Employment Conversion
CTC: ₹8 LPA
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹4,00,000
? Key Responsibilities
- Market research and prospecting
- Client engagement through calls, emails and meetings
- Business development
- Relationship management
- Maintaining sales pipelines and customer records
- Identifying business opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams to support client requirements
