₹18,000/month Base Pay
- ₹10,000 Performance-Based Incentives
Potential monthly compensation: ₹28,000
PPO / Full-Time Employment
₹6,00,000 per annum CTC
- ₹4,00,000 Fixed Pay
- ₹2,00,000 Performance-Based Incentives

? Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates may be involved in:
- Counselling prospective learners
- Connecting with leads through calls, emails and digital communication
- Managing follow-ups and enrolments
- Understanding customer requirements
- Maintaining lead and conversion records
- Achieving assigned enrolment/revenue targets
- Coordinating with internal teams
- Supporting customer experience and sales effectiveness
