ADM – Agency Development Manager
- Recruit and train agents.
- Achieve business targets through agents.
- Develop insurance business and maintain relationships with intermediaries.
EBK In-Charge
- Manage an Emerging Bima Kendra / marketing office.
- Source insurance business through agents, dealers, banks and direct channels.
- Interact with clients and intermediaries.
- Manage office administration.
- Develop sales and achieve business targets.
- Maintain relationships with colleagues, supervisors and intermediaries.
