Final library clearance from the Dr. Suryya Kumar Bhuyan Library will be given to the requested students having no outstanding books or any other library dues, or who didn’t take  library membership.

Step 1: Login into your account via University Enrollment or Card Number

Step 3: Apply for library clearance or discharge

Step 4: Administrative approval will be done by Library

Step 5: Login into your account and print (approved) Library Clearance Certificate

Step 6: Take signature from Librarian in Library Clearance Certificate
